The usage of non-standard machine assembly for connector:

The production is deliveried automatically and the materials are loaded through vibration plate. The hardware accessaries will be automatically assemb;ied. And it is set with the ablities of abnormal alarming and infotip guiding, materials holding direction, lack of materials reminding, preset production and counting etc.

Bodyframe, hood, display, feeder, vibration plate and so on.
The features of non-standard machine assembly for connector:
1. The accessories of the machine is of FESTO/SMC original pneumatic component, Taiwan Hiwin precision linear guide, precision module, which are made of S136. With the Mitsubishi PLC, and other electrical components, which are all using German brand.
2. The machine adopts feeding material by vibration bowl feeder automatically,and it realizes a series full automatic operation, such as assemble the socket with different poles’accessories, riveting, process detecting and sorting out put
3. With automatic alarming system reporting irregular issues and giving the corresponding solutions in the form of message.
It has the automatic functions of detecting the direction of incoming materials and point out the lack of materials, pre-setting productivity and recording the capacity etc.
