The usage of Pole L plug assembly machine:
Applied to Pole E of plug automatic assembling
The production is deliveried automatically and the materials are loaded through vibration plate. The hardware accessaries will be automatically assemb;ied. And it is set with the ablities of abnormal alarming and infotip guiding, materials holding direction, lack of materials reminding, preset production and counting etc.
Constituent Parts:
Bodyframe, hood, display, feeder, vibration plate and so on.
The features of Pole L plug assembly machine:
1.The accessories of the machine adopted FESTO/SMC original pneumatic component, Taiwan THK precision slide rail, precision mold is grinding of S136, cutter parts is made of SKD11 material. Mitsubishi PLC touch screen operation interface. And other electrical fittings are all using German brand.
2.Automatic Loading screw, spacer and sheet copper of pole E, to achieve assembling operation flow and testing for Pole E of plug automatically.
3. With automatic alarming system reporting irregular issues and giving the corresponding solutions in the form of message. It can also induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
