Standard:
According to IEC61089, and can also manufacture by standard of GB119783, ASTM, BS215, DIN and AS/NZS or other standards.
Characters:
1. Under the same weight, ACSR is with lower cost than Copper conductor.
2. In order to foster the prevention of corrosion, the non-oxidizing grease can be fully or partially applied to ACSR.
3. ACSR offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength
to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity.

ACSR cables have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, because they have such good characteristics as simple, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost, large transmission capacity. Besides, they are also suitable for laying across rivers, valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.
