Warranty of 500kVA natural gas generator :
1. The main parts will be covered for 12months or 1500 hours whichever comes first, since acceptance.
2. Spare parts under warranty will be sent for free. We charge the spare parts cost when out of warranty .
3. Daily consumed materials/components and damage due to wrong operation and/or lack of maintenance are not included in the warranty.
