TCQ Batch Ball Mill
Batch Ball Mill is mainly used for grinding materials in such production industries as cement, silicate product, new building materials, chemical engineering, nonferrous and black metal, mineral processing, glass and ceramic, etc. It is used for grinding various ore and other grind able materials dry or wet.
Working Principle of Batch Ball Mill
The batch ball mill is of horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure. It comes with two cabins and is a grate ball mill. The materials are evenly fed through the charging device to first warehouse where there are step scales boards, corrugated scale boards and different specifications of steel balls. When the cylinder rotates, the centrifugal force produced causes the steel balls to impact and grind the materials in the ball mill. The materials are then lead to the second cabin for further milling until they turn into powders and are discharged from the outlet.

5.The equipment ordered from jinma will be guaranteed within 2 years since the day of purchasing if the problem is due to the equipment’s quality. If there is big quality problem with the equipment, the seller will discuss with the buyer and offer proposals to solve the problems within 72 hours since the notice from buyer.

Our equipment warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker’s wrong operation are not included.

We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we can provide installation service, workers training service, etc.
4.Can you provide wearing parts?
We have two casting factories that specialize in produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
