Product Application
Adopting foreign technology, GTX Series ore washing machines have single layer or double layers circular sieve to classify two to three kind different grades sand and stone which should be clearly deslimed . It is mainly used for washing ore before beneficiation operation system, and improving the ore grade for next processing step. It can be used for manganese ore, iron ore, limestone, tungsten, and silica ore, and etc.
Main Features
gold washing rotary scrubber/gold trommel scrubber/ durm scrubber washer /trommel scrubber is mainly used for washing alluvial ores which is with much sticly clay, such as alluvial gold /coltan ore/ black sand/alluvial tin/alluvial chrome,ect.

Sieving screen: for sieving different sizes ores, the screen mesh size& layer quantity & screen materials can be made according to customer need.
Main Features
The washing trommel scrubber is consisted of two parts: one is for washing the clay, another is for sieving different sizes ores. There are 4 carrier rollers to support the drum.
Machine Parts
The machine is working rotary through the gear in the middle of the outside drum. In the washing part, it’s a closed space ,there are some plate in this part. When the material is fed from the feeder to the washing part, during the force of watering and striking, the clay and ore will be separated, the fine particle will be flowed to the sieving part.
