Introduction of Industrial ceramic/cement dry grinding ball milll:
Our factory’s Energy-Saving high efficient cone ball mill adopts automatic self-aligning double row centripetal spherical roller bearing, and has the advantages of smaller resistance and remarkable energy-saving effect. In the original cylinder discharging end, we strengthen a conical cylinder system, which increases the effective volume of the ball mill, and make the medium distribution more reasonable. The Energy-Saving Ball Mill are widely used in non-ferrous metal industry, ferrous metal industry, nonmetal mineral industry and chemical industry, and building materials industry for material grinding use.
Working principal of Industrial ceramic/cement dry grinding ball milll:
The main body of the ball mill is a low-speed rotary cylinder mounted on two large bearings horizontally. The gold ore mill rotary part is driven at reducing speed by motor through speed reducer and gear wheel or by low-speed synchronous motor through gearwheel. Inside the cylinder feed proper grinding medium-steel balls. The medium will be lifted to certain height under the action of centrifugal force and friction and drop or fall. The material to grind is fed to the cylinder in succession and crushed by grinding medium, then discharged through overflow and continual feeding force, and enter the next procedure.
Ball mill is used to grind gold, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, cream and slag below scale 7 of Moths hardness and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the traded of mining, building material, chemical engineering and metallurgy for power generation and processing. The product size is adjustable on required in the range of 100-325 meshes.

Installation and guidance:
When the machine arrives at your company, we will dispatch our technicians to your company to guide the installation and commissioning at site. User should pay for the following fees air tickets, boarding and lodging and traffic in client’s factory. Allowance is about 70USD per day
Three guarantees of our product quality, warranty for one year (not include manmade damaged). We will maintain the machine for free for the quality problem.
If the damage is caused by your improperly operation, the cost of the maintenance burden by you. we also provide you the life-long follow-up service.
