High efficient hammer mill crusher
1. The PC Series new hammer mill crusher crushes things by the high speed collisions between the hammer and the materials. The HC hammer crusher is developed for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic material, construction material, road building, and petroleum & chemical industries. it has the advantages of simple structure, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency. the grate gap of hammer crusher can be adjusted according to the user's different particle size requirements.
2. Working principle of new hammer mill crusher:
In the new hammer crusher, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a very high speed with the help of the belt, and on the rotor there are series of hammers. which can deal with different kind of materials. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, it will be crushed immediately by the rotating hammers with high rotation speed . In order to make the crushed products meeting the required size. you can adjust the outlet and become the final products, so this design is very user-friendly. the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reached the required size

(1) Installation and guidance
When the machine arrives at your company, we will dispatch our technicians to your company to guide the installation and commissioning at site. User should pay for the following fees air tickets, boarding and lodging and traffic in client’s factory. Allowance is about 70USD per day
(2)Technical training
We provide free technical training service to your stuff. Training content contains the main work principle of machine, operating regulations, maintenance methods and steps, safety, etc.
(3)Warranty: Three guarantees of our product quality, warranty for one year (not include man-made damaged). We will maintain the machine for free for the quality problem. If the damage is caused by your improperly operation, the cost of the maintenance burden by you. we also provide you the life-long follow-up service .
