JDC350 concrete mixer is a single shaft forced concrtee mixer. It can mix plastic concrete, dry rigid concrete, lihtweight aggregate concrete and various mortar. And it discharge quickly with electric door type.
The mixing system is driven by cylindrical gears, and the drive is very reliable. Feeding mechanism adopts lifting motor with high safety.
The Concrete Mixer can work together with the batching machine to form a small mixing plant.
JDC Single Shaft Concrete Mixer is applied in a variety of construction sites, small and medium construction projects, precast concrete factories.

Features of JDC350 Horizontal Single Shfat Concrete Mixer

Equip with single shaft end sealing protection device and wind pressure sealing protection device and effectively and absolutely avoid leakage;
Monitoring system of mixer can monitor working condition of reduction box, discharge pump and lubricating pump;
Equip with special-purpose motor lubricate oil pump, and four separate pump core respectively feeds oil to four axial heads directly, without using by-pass valve;
Multi pipes & way water injecting system can make sure that water can injected uniformly;
