1.1 Transmission system

The transmission system is driven by two motors through the belt to two right-angle planetary reducers, and the reducer then drives the two mixing shafts to rotate through the spline shaft, and the synchronization of the two mixing shafts is achieved by the coupling.The reducer has the characteristics of stable transmission, easy installation and low noise.

1.2 Mixing system

The mixing system consists of a mixing tank and a mixing device.

1.2.1 Mixing tank

The mixing tank is composed of a cylinder body and a liner.

In order to avoid wear on the inside of the cylinder, the entire cavity of the cylinder is equipped with a wear-resistant liner, which can be replaced by the user according to the wear of the liner.There is a discharge port under the cylinder body so that the concrete can be unloaded in time.

1.2.2 Mixing device

         The stirring device consists of a stirring shaft, a stirring arm, a stirring blade and a shaft end sealing device.The mixing arm and the mixing shaft are fixed by connecting sleeves and bolts.The mixing blade and the mixing arm are connected by bolts through long holes.By adjusting the position of the mixing blade, ensure that the gap between the blade and the liner is not greater than 5mm, so that not only can the wear of the blade and the liner be slowed down, the discharge is clean, and the energy consumption and noise can be reduced, so that the mixer works smoothly and is not easy to get stuck.

1.2.3 Shaft end sealing device

The shaft end sealing device consists of four seals, which are composed of labyrinth seals, planar seals, U-shaped seals and floating seals in the order from the inside out.Through timely oil supply, the wear surface of each seal in the sealing chamber is well lubricated. Therefore, this device can ensure that the shaft end seal is durable, safe and reliable, and maintenance costs are also reduced.

1.3 Unloading system

The system consists of a unloading mechanism, a unloading door, etc.The unloading mechanism is divided into two forms: hydraulic unloading and pneumatic unloading (special order).

1.3.1 Hydraulic unloading mechanism

The hydraulic unloading mechanism includes a hydraulic power pack, a rocker arm, a hydraulic cylinder, etc.

     The mechanism is operated by a single hydraulic cylinder, and its working principle is that the hydraulic power package drives the rocker arm through the hydraulic cylinder to rotate the unloading door at an angle.Inductive proximity sensors are installed in the opening, middle and closing positions of the material door.By adjusting the position of the intermediate position proximity sensor, in order to adjust the size of the opening door, to meet the needs of users with different feeding capabilities.The hydraulic power package is equipped with a manual pump. When the mixer suddenly loses power during work, or when the electric pump does not work properly, in order to unload the concrete in the mixing tank and prevent it from solidifying in the mixing tank, a manual pump can be used to open the material door in order to clean up the mixing tank.

1.3.2 Pneumatic unloading mechanism

        The pneumatic unloading mechanism includes a cylinder, a rocker arm, a solenoid valve, etc., and the parts should be specially ordered.

        The air source for pneumatic unloading is generally provided by an air pump used uniformly in the mixing station (building). The mechanism with air pressure requirements generally ≥0.5MPa adopts dual-cylinder operation. The two cylinders are installed at both ends of the mixing tank and driven synchronously to make the opening and closing of the unloading door more reliable.The three-position five-way control reversing valve controls the cylinder to open or close the discharge door to realize the discharge of the mixer.Through the microcomputer electrical control of the cylinder stroke, the size of the opening material door can be adjusted to meet the needs of users with different feeding capabilities.


1.3.3 Unloading door

The discharge door is made of welded parts.

The bearings at both ends of the discharge door should be maintained carefully, and the mixing tank must be oiled after each cleaning.A sealing strip is installed between the discharge door and the mixing tank. By adjusting the height of the gasket of the bearing seat, the sealing performance of the discharge door can be guaranteed.

1.4 Oil supply lubrication system

The mixing host adopts a variety of oil supply and lubrication methods, mainly the shaft end electric concentrated oil pump oil injection lubrication method, the gear box oil immersion lubrication method and the bearing oil gun oil injection method.The electric concentrated oil pump is equipped with a low liquid level alarm device to remind users to fill the storage tank with grease in time.

1.5 Unloading handle

The discharge handle is a set of welded parts.When there is a sudden power failure during the work of the mixer, in order to unload the concrete in the mixing tank and prevent it from solidifying in the cylinder, the cylinder joint pin shaft can be detached and the unloading handle can be used to pull the end of the unloading door shaft to open the door in order to clean up the mixing tank.
