C41-250KG Pneumatic Forging Hammer is widely used with flat die or special die for various forging works,such as drawing-out, upsetting, punching, chiseling, forging, welding, bending and twisting. It is also used for open die forging bolster dies.
Because this Pneumatic Forging Hammer doesn’t use steam and compressing air,so it doesn’t need to install steam boiler,air compressor and air or steam pipe.Therefore you only need to invest less fund and time for establishing new factory.It is economically used by repair shop and large or small factory.
Pneumatic Forging Hammer can’t be used for closed forging.Because the strong power would break off the hammer rod while used in closed die forging.
Pneumatic Forging Hammer is operated with operating handle ,that could process six action cycle.----Idle run,lift hammer,press hammer light hit,wham and single hit,the workpiece must be put on the bottom anvil surface and opposite to the upper hammer die,only this could hit stably the workpiece to the shape you want.
