With the powder coal briquette machine, the briquette product with the following features:

b.Briquette Shape:oval, square, pillow, hexagonal or custom design
c.The rollers are made of 65Mn or 9Cr2Mo.After heat treatment the hardness of the rollers will be very high. The rollers is specially designed and easy for exchange. And there is buffer unit inside the machine to prevent the machine from being damaged by block material.
The working principle of the powder coal briquette machine
Briquette Machine motor will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer. The two sides and roller rotation, in both the rotating direction, material fulfill the space between two rollers, with the roller rotation, pressure on material will be bigger and bigger. When the material reach the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure reach the peak. After press, the briquette will drop by gravity.
The powder coal briquette machine mainly made of three parts:
1. feeding material part : to make sure feed the press roller material evenly
2. Gearing part : to supply power by electromagnetic adjustable speed motor
3. Molding part . Mainly means the basic body of the machine, the core part is the roller .

material before to be formed ; second, the final briquettes to be dry or not, it’s up to you as well. If the working place has not much strict requirements to the briquette’s moisture, or the devicecan handle the briquette directly, then there can without briquettes mesh belt dryer .
