1 Brief introduction of raymond mill
Raymond machine milling equipment is used primarily for barite, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock , plaster, glass, insulation materials, etc. Mohs hardness of not more than 9.3, high fine powder processing humidity below 6% of non-explosive mineral, chemical, construction and other industries than 280 kinds of materials.
2 features of raymond mill
1) Raymond mill whole machine is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.
2) Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other mill can not reach;
3) Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably,
4) Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant, 5)The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.
3 Working principle of raymond mill
1)Raw material which has been crushed to the size specified is elevated into a hopper from which the stuff is loaded. And then through the vibrating feeder ,the materials will transferred evenly and continuously into the raymond mill grinding chamber for powder-processing. After this,the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the classifer for regrinding.The set's airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under the condition of negative and positive pressure. The raymond mill is driven by rotation of the central axle through decelerator ,with the up end of the axle connecting to a quincunx-rack upon which the grinding equipment is fixed. The whole set equipment turns together with the axle along the grinding ring while the rollers rotate driven by the fractional force .A set of shovel are installed at the lower end of the quincunx-rack.While turning together with the rollers ,the shovels shed the stuff onto the gap between the rollers and the ring ,and that's where the stuff layer forms .The rotating rollers ,while turning together with the ring ,grind the stuff layer into powder. The turning speed of the impeller can be adjusted to the requirement of the fineness of powder products .Raymond mill plays an important role in ensuring the function of the grinder .
