1.Nickel Flotation Separator Introduction

On the one hand, the nickel flotation machine inhales sufficient aire to mix with ore slurry; On the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth, to a adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loan board.
2.Working Principle Of Nickel Flotation Separator
The impeller of the principal axis rotates by the driven of electric motor through the V-belt and then produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure.
On one hand, it intakes enough air to mix with slurry. On the other hand, it mixers slurry and medicine, fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam, and then it turns into mineral foam after flotating on the slurry. Adjust the height of stopper to control fluid level in order that the available foam can be scrapped out by scrappers.
