Main transmission adopts SRD or servo system,wide range of stepless speed change of table's movement satisfies the requirements of planing/milling/grinding at different speed, independent spindle feeding box enables more balanced feeding to process plane/inclined plane/T slot/combined guideway/rack,etc.

1.To drag high-precision rack with multi-head worm to realize more stable table movement.

2.To get enough lubrication of table at any speed with independent lubrication system.

3.The adoption of heat-treatment techniques like drawing the temper off/quiver-ageing/hyperacoustic quenching on key parts as the machine body/column enables more stable accuracy and longer working life.

4.Machine body/column/beam/table are designed according to the parameters of heavy-duty machines, and the material is cast iron (≥HT250),so the machine is with better stability & accuracy retentivity.
