1. Product Description

The Rapid Moisture Evaporation Mineral Flash Dryer is a high-efficiency instant drying equipment specially developed for fine particle mineral powders with high viscosity, high moisture and easy agglomeration. Traditional rotary dryers have low drying efficiency for ultra-fine mineral materials, prone to material accumulation, incomplete dewatering and powder adhesion, which cannot meet the high-standard drying requirements of fine chemical minerals and high-purity mineral powders. This flash dryer adopts advanced instantaneous evaporation drying technology and powerful mechanical dispersing structure. It can instantly disperse and dry wet agglomerated fine powders such as kaolin, talc powder, feldspar powder, quartz powder and various industrial mineral fine powders. The equipment realizes ultra-fast moisture removal without material retention, effectively solving the industrial pain points of long drying cycle, low output and unstable powder quality of traditional fine powder drying equipment. It is ideal high-efficiency drying and processing equipment for high-purity fine mineral powder deep processing production lines.

2. Working Principle

This fine powder flash dryer adopts integrated mechanical dispersion and rapid hot air evaporation drying principle. High-moisture agglomerated fine mineral powders are quantitatively fed into the vertical drying chamber. The high-speed rotating dispersing device instantly breaks up clustered wet powder materials into uniform single fine particles. Meanwhile, high-speed swirling hot air enters the drying chamber in a tangent direction to form a strong circulating hot airflow field. The dispersed fine powder particles fully suspend and flow in the high-temperature hot air field, completing instantaneous heat exchange and rapid moisture evaporation in a very short time. Qualified low-moisture fine powder is carried out by the airflow and collected through a powder recovery system. Oversized or incompletely dried materials are automatically screened and returned to the drying area for secondary dispersion and drying. The whole process realizes continuous feeding, instant dispersion, ultra-fast dewatering and automatic discharging, achieving high-efficiency and high-quality drying of fine mineral powders.
