1. Product Description
The Customized Heavy Duty Mineral Drying Plant is a tailor-made industrial drying solution specially developed for complex processing of phosphate ore, potash ore and other chemical mineral resources. Phosphate and potash minerals feature special physical characteristics such as variable hardness, easy dissolution, moisture sensitivity and corrosive pulp, making standard universal dryers difficult to adapt to their strict drying requirements. This heavy-duty drying plant supports personalized customized design according to actual mineral properties, processing capacity, site conditions and chemical beneficiation technical standards. It can realize targeted optimization of drum structure, temperature control system, anti-corrosion configuration, air volume circulation and feeding and discharging mode. It is mainly used for large-scale dehydration and pretreatment of phosphate rock, potash feldspar, potassium salt ore and associated mixed minerals. It provides stable and qualified dry ore materials for subsequent flotation, chemical leaching, refining and fertilizer production, serving as exclusive customized heavy-duty drying equipment for phosphate and potash mineral processing lines.
2. Working Principle
This customized heavy-duty drying plant adopts adaptive graded constant-temperature circulating drying principle, with overall parameters and operating logic customized for phosphate and potash mineral characteristics. Wet phosphate and potash raw ores are continuously and stably fed into the reinforced drying drum through a customized feeding system. The specially configured anti-corrosion and wear-resistant lifting structure uniformly lifts and scatters mineral materials to form a stable material curtain. The intelligently adjustable hot air circulation system conducts precise graded heat exchange, realizing mild and thorough removal of surface moisture and internal adsorbed moisture of chemical minerals. The customized constant-temperature control system avoids local overheating and material deterioration, effectively protecting the original chemical and physical properties of phosphate and potash ores. Water vapor and fine dust are discharged and purified through a matched sealed environmental protection system. Qualified dry minerals are stably discharged for downstream chemical processing, while unqualified materials are circulated for secondary drying. The whole drying process realizes fully customized, stable and high-efficiency dehydration, completely matching the personalized technical requirements of phosphate and potash processing projects.
