1. Product Description
The Robust Structural Steel Rotary Dryer is a heavy-duty industrial drying equipment structurally optimized for long-term processing of high-abrasive mineral materials such as mineral sand, crushed stone and gravel aggregates. Abrasive stone and sand materials feature high hardness, strong scouring force and heavy particle impact, which easily cause structural deformation, shell wear and short service life of ordinary dryers. This dryer adopts full robust structural steel frame, thickened rolled steel drum body and reinforced welding process, greatly improving overall rigidity, pressure resistance and impact resistance. It is specially used for large-scale continuous drying of machine-made sand, mineral aggregate, crushed stone, quartz sand and various abrasive granular materials. With stable mechanical performance under harsh working conditions, it ensures uniform dehydration quality and long service cycle, serving as durable and high-reliability core drying equipment for aggregate processing and mining production lines.
2. Working Principle
This heavy structural steel rotary dryer adopts stable countercurrent hot air circulating drying principle adapted to high-abrasive stone and sand materials. Wet crushed stone and mineral sand are continuously and quantitatively fed into the robust reinforced rotary drum. Relying on the high-rigidity structural steel body, the equipment operates stably under heavy load without vibration or deformation. The internal wear-resistant lifting plates evenly lift, flip and scatter abrasive granular materials to form a steady and uniform material curtain. High-temperature hot air fully contacts and exchanges heat with falling sand and stone aggregates in a countercurrent direction, gradually and thoroughly evaporating surface moisture and gap residual moisture. The optimized mechanical structure effectively offsets material impact force and reduces running wear. Water vapor and fine dust are discharged through a sealed dust removal system. After graded cyclic drying, low-moisture qualified crushed stone and mineral sand are stably discharged, realizing long-term stable and high-efficiency drying of abrasive mineral aggregates.
