1. Product Description
The Large Scale Industrial Mineral Aggregate Dryer is a heavy-duty high-capacity drying equipment independently optimized for large-scale road construction materials, mining aggregates and building stone processing. Road construction aggregates such as crushed stone, gravel, machine-made sand and river sand usually carry high surface moisture and sediment impurities, which affect aggregate gradation, stacking quality, asphalt mixing and concrete preparation efficiency. Traditional small and medium-sized dryers are unable to meet the massive material dehydration demands of large road projects and mining aggregate production bases. This large-scale industrial dryer adopts an oversized thickened drum structure, multi-layer efficient lifting system and high-power hot air circulation device. It can continuously and stably remove surface and gap moisture from various bulk aggregates, ensuring low and uniform moisture content of finished materials. It is widely used in mining aggregate processing, highway road material production, building material factories and large infrastructure projects, serving as the core high-yield drying equipment for modern road construction mineral aggregate production lines.
2. Working Principle
This large-scale aggregate dryer adopts high-efficiency countercurrent hot air circulating drying principle suitable for bulk granular road aggregates. Wet gravel, stone aggregates and mineral sand materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the large-diameter inclined rotary drum. With the stable rotation of the heavy-load cylinder, multiple groups of optimized wear-resistant lifting plates evenly lift, flip and scatter massive aggregate materials to form a dense and uniform material curtain inside the drying chamber. Large-flow high-temperature hot air fully contacts and exchanges heat with falling aggregates in a countercurrent direction, rapidly evaporating surface sediment moisture and interstitial water of stone materials. The graded circulating drying mode ensures thorough and uniform dehydration without dead drying angles. Water vapor and fine dust are discharged and purified through a large-volume dust removal system to meet environmental protection standards. After continuous cyclic drying, qualified dry road construction aggregates with stable moisture are stably and massively discharged, providing high-quality raw materials for asphalt mixing, concrete batching and road paving projects.
