1. Product Description
The Quartz Sand Drying System with Integrated Dust Purification is an all-in-one environmental protection drying solution specially designed for high-purity quartz sand processing production lines. Traditional independent sand drying equipment is prone to severe dust overflow, low drying uniformity and scattered on-site layout, which affects finished quartz sand quality and fails to meet modern clean production standards. This integrated system perfectly combines high-efficiency rotary drying technology and professional dust removal and purification devices, integrating feeding, uniform heating, circulating dehydration, dust collection and gas purification into one complete unit. It is mainly used for drying raw quartz sand, washed silica sand and fine quartz powder. While efficiently reducing material moisture and ensuring uniform sand quality, it thoroughly controls flying dust and particulate emissions. As a standardized green drying system for quartz processing plants, it balances high production efficiency, stable finished product quality and environmental compliance.
2. Working Principle
This integrated quartz sand drying and dust purification system adopts closed-loop hot air circulating drying and negative-pressure dust purification principle. Wet quartz sand is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drying drum for uniform lifting, scattering and heat exchange. High-efficiency countercurrent hot air rapidly evaporates surface and gap moisture of sand particles to achieve graded and stable dehydration. During the whole drying process, the system maintains a fully sealed negative-pressure operation state. Flying dust and fine quartz powder generated by material friction and turning are instantly captured by the matched integrated dust purification device. Harmful exhaust gas and fine dust are filtered, purified and discharged up to standard, while recovered fine quartz powder can be reused. Qualified dry quartz sand is stably discharged for subsequent screening and deep processing. The whole working process realizes synchronous drying and dust purification, eliminating dust pollution while ensuring high-quality and high-yield quartz sand production.
