1. What is the difference between pultruded and molded grating?
Pultruded grating is made by pulling continuous fiberglass rovings through a resin bath and a heated die, resulting in a high-strength, unidirectional structure. Molded grating is formed by laying fiberglass mats and resin in a mold (compression or injection). Pultruded gratings offer higher strength-to-weight ratio and are often used for load-bearing applications like pedestrian decking, while molded gratings are more cost-effective for light-duty use.
2. Can this pedestrian decking be used in wet or chemical environments?
Yes. Our polyester resin system provides excellent resistance to water, saltwater, and many chemicals. For highly corrosive environments, we recommend our vinyl ester resin option (available upon request).
3. What load capacity can I expect?

Lead time is 10–20 working days for standard sizes, and 20–30 days for custom orders. We ship via FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, using sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on your urgency and budget.
