OFU10 series mobile oil filter trolley (OF10) is high‑flow two‑stage pressure‑driven oil‑maintenance equipment, which is cost‑effective domestic replacement for imported OFU10 filter carts. It is widely used for transferring and filtering large‑volume mineral oil in heavy‑duty industrial sites.
Contaminated oil is delivered by high‑flow gear pump which adapts to wide viscosity range 15‑1000mm²/s. Suction‑side coarse strainer intercepts large‑size impurities and protects pump from damage. Oil flows into large‑capacity fine filter housing. High‑dirt‑holding glass‑fiber filter element captures fine metal wear debris, carbon residue and oil‑sludge step‑by‑step. Treated oil cleanliness reaches NAS6‑12 grade. This unit only removes solid particulate contaminants and keeps original oil chemical performance unchanged.
Differential‑pressure gauge is mounted on housing to reflect filter‑element saturation status. Overflow relief valve prevents pipeline over‑pressure. Thermal relay protects motor against overload burnout. Quick‑open filter cover enables fast cartridge replacement without complex disassembly. Heavy‑duty hand‑push trolley with brake casters supports flexible site transfer. IP54 protection grade adapts to harsh workshop environment. Quick‑connect hoses facilitate fast field connection.
Whole machine adopts powder‑coated carbon‑steel heavy‑duty frame. It supports multiple working modes: new‑oil filling, oil‑tank pumping & draining, hydraulic‑system on‑line and off‑line bypass circulation filtration. It is compatible with hydraulic oil, gear oil, turbine oil, transformer oil and various mineral lubricants.
It is widely applied in metallurgical rolling‑mill, mining machinery, thermal & nuclear power‑plant auxiliary‑oil station, paper‑making heavy‑duty press and railway internal‑combustion‑engine lubrication maintenance. Every unit will pass pressure test before shipment. Multiple flow‑rate and filter‑precision options are available.
