1. Product Introduction
Hot Rolled Steel Coil (HRC) is a core basic steel material in the industrial field. It is produced by heating steel slabs to 1100-1250℃, then rolling through roughing and finishing mills, cooling by laminar flow and coiling into strips. With dense and uniform grain structure, Hot Rolled Steel Coil features stable mechanical properties, excellent plasticity, toughness and weldability. It has ultra-high cost performance without complex finishing processes. Carbon Hot Rolled Steel Coil is widely used for general structural processing, while Low Alloy Hot Rolled Steel Coil has enhanced strength and low-temperature toughness, suitable for heavy-load and high-strength working conditions. It serves as the essential base material for cold rolling, bending, stamping and pipe making, covering construction, machinery, pipeline, shipbuilding and other industrial fields.

5. Process & Surface Treatment
Hot Rolled Steel Coil adopts continuous casting slab hot feeding and hot rolling technology. Uniform laminar cooling after high-temperature rolling eliminates internal stress and avoids defects such as delamination, cracks and bubbles. The original surface is blue-black hot-rolled oxide skin without oil pollution, warping or damage. Custom processes including pickling, leveling, edge cutting, slitting, film coating and sand blasting are available to remove oxide layers, improve flatness and finish, and meet subsequent spraying, bending and welding requirements.

8. Lead Time, Packing & Shipping Documents
- Lead Time: 3-7 working days for regular Hot Rolled Steel Coil; 10-15 working days for customized special specifications and materials.
- Packing: Standard industrial waterproof packaging with moisture-proof paper, anti-rust straps and end corner protection to prevent corrosion and deformation during long-distance sea and land transportation.
- Shipping Documents: Material Test Certificate (MTC), mechanical property test report, factory inspection sheet, certificate of origin. Third-party inspection is acceptable.
9. Order Note
Custom Hot Rolled Steel Coil, Carbon Hot Rolled Steel Coil and Low Alloy Hot Rolled Steel Coil with special specifications, materials and tolerances are available per drawings. MOQ: 5 tons, small trial orders and large full-container orders are acceptable. One-stop services including slitting, flattening and deep processing are provided.
