Material & Steel Grade
Petroleum Pipe is rolled from high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy structural steel with pure material and uniform structure. The core steel grades of Petroleum Pipe include H40, J55, K55, M65, L80, N80, C90, C95, P110, covering shallow wells, medium-deep wells, deep wells and ultra-deep wells. Oil Casing Pipe adopts high-strength P110, N80, L80 steel grades with outstanding extrusion resistance for high-pressure formation working conditions. Oil Tubing Pipe commonly uses J55, K55, N80, L80 steel grades with good toughness and fatigue resistance for downhole operations. Oil Pipeline Pipe adopts L245, L290, L360 pipeline steel with excellent weldability and weather resistance for long-distance transportation.

Oil Tubing Pipe outer diameter 60.3mm-114.3mm includes non-upset and external upset types with regular threads and tight sealing. Oil Pipeline Pipe supports SCH40 and SCH80 wall thickness customization with stable pressure bearing. All Petroleum Pipe pass hydrostatic test, non-destructive flaw detection and mechanical performance test with zero defects and high precision.
