High Viscosity Oil Purifier is a purification equipment developed for deteriorated oil with high viscosity and poor fluidity. Aiming at the poor fluidity and difficult water separation of high-viscosity oil, it is equipped with high-power constant temperature heating unit to reduce oil viscosity. Driven by the pump set, oil enters the vacuum separation chamber to separate moisture and gas under negative pressure environment. Solid contaminants are removed via multi-stage high-precision filter elements. The pipeline diameter of the whole machine is optimized to reduce conveying resistance of viscous media and avoid pipeline sedimentation and blockage. Equipped with comprehensive protection system and stable temperature control, it is mainly used for on-line purification of high-viscosity oil such as gear oil, heat transfer oil and heavy oil to remove moisture, gas and solid impurities and improve oil emulsification. Widely used in chemical heat exchange systems, asphalt equipment, heavy-duty power units and large lubrication systems.
