Fuel Coalescing Dehydrator serves as the core oil-water separation equipment for fuel purification systems. Moist fuel flows sequentially through coalescing filter elements and separating filter elements. Tiny water droplets converge into larger droplets inside coalescing cartridges and settle to the bottom water collection chamber due to density difference for periodic drainage. Solid particles are trapped by filter media at the same time. The equipment features reliable sealing structure to avoid fluid bypass and guarantee stable oil-water separation performance. It is mainly used for purifying fuel oils including diesel oil, kerosene and aviation kerosene. It effectively solves fuel emulsification and excessive water content, preventing pipeline corrosion, fuel injector coking and reduced engine combustion efficiency.
