Working Principle
The entire system is intelligently controlled by a PLC control cabinet. Wet coal is evenly fed into the rotary drum dryer through an automatic conveying system. The lifting structure inside the drum continuously turns and disperses the material, allowing high-temperature hot air to fully contact and exchange heat with the coal, rapidly evaporating internal moisture.
The system automatically adjusts temperature, airflow speed, and feeding rate in real time to ensure optimal drying performance. Moist exhaust gas is purified through the dust removal system before reaching emission standards. The dried coal is automatically discharged, achieving 24-hour continuous drying operation with minimal human supervision.
