1. Product Description
This professional safe coal drying equipment with explosion protection system is specially designed for high-risk coal drying scenarios, focusing on solving potential safety hazards such as coal dust accumulation, flammable gas concentration and dust explosion risks existing in traditional coal drying production. Fine coal powder and volatile gas generated during high-temperature drying are extremely flammable; conventional drying equipment lacks targeted safety protection measures, which easily causes hidden dangers of spontaneous combustion and explosion, endangering workshop personnel and production line safety and restricting safe and standardized coal processing. This equipment takes intrinsic safety drying and explosion-proof protection as the core advantage, specially used for fixed-value dehydration and safe treatment of fine coal, pulverized coal, coal slime and volatile-containing industrial coal materials. It can be perfectly matched with conventional coal crushing, screening, conveying and drying systems, supporting adjustable and standardized drying treatment while ensuring full safety protection. With integrated explosion-proof configuration, overpressure relief and flame retardant structure, it effectively eliminates explosion risks caused by dust accumulation and gas enrichment, and provides reliable safety guarantee for long-term, stable and safe coal drying production.
2. Working Principle
The safe coal drying equipment with explosion protection adopts intelligent hot air circulation gradient drying and multi-layer explosion-proof safety protection principle, realizing high-efficiency dehydration and intrinsically safe operation for flammable coal materials. The pre-treated wet coal materials are stably and quantitatively sent into the fully sealed rotary drying drum through a closed feeding system. The internal optimized multi-stage lifting and scattering structure uniformly disperses coal particles to form a fluffy material curtain for full heat exchange with circulating hot air, achieving precise gradient dehydration. During the whole drying process, the supporting explosion protection system operates synchronously in real time. It continuously monitors internal dust concentration, gas density and temperature changes, and triggers automatic pressure relief, air dilution and alarm linkage once abnormal parameters occur. The closed structure avoids external air inflow and dust overflow, while the matched dust removal system purifies exhaust gas and reduces combustible particle accumulation. Through accurate linkage adjustment of hot air temperature, drum rotating speed and feeding volume, the equipment realizes stable and safe dehydration. Finally, qualified dry coal with stable moisture is stably discharged, achieving one-stop high-efficiency drying and full-process explosion-proof safe production.
