Product Description
This 1500 tons per day large coal drying plant is a super-large heavy-duty continuous drying system tailored for mega coal washing bases, large-scale coal upgrading industrial parks and centralized bulk coal distribution hubs. It stably processes 1500 tons of raw coal, high-viscosity coal slime, low-grade lignite or granular coal per day, reducing the final moisture of finished coal to 12±3%, effectively boosting coal calorific value and drastically cutting unit transportation and storage costs. It supports 24-hour non-stop full-load operation, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream crushing, screening and downstream packaging, dedusting units to form a fully automated mega-yield industrial production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a customized super-high-torque heavy-duty transmission assembly, the extra-large-diameter long rotary drum runs at a precisely calibrated ultra-low speed. Wet coal is evenly fed into the drum, which is internally welded with various types of staggered lifting flights, repeatedly lifting, turning and scattering the materials to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with counter-flow high-temperature flue gas for sufficient and thorough heat and mass exchange. The moisture in coal is rapidly evaporated, the generated water vapor is purified by the multi-stage ultra-high-efficiency dust removal system and then discharged up to the strictest national industrial emission standards, and the dried qualified coal is continuously output from the discharge end. The built-in full-coverage automatic anti-sticking and anti-blocking cleaning device runs synchronously with the drum, completely eliminating the sticking and clogging problem of high-viscosity coal during long-hour full-load operation.
