Product Description
This coal dryer for high moisture materials is a customized industrial drying unit tailored for high-moisture coal materials such as coal slime, lignite and wet washed coal. It solves the common pain points of traditional dryers like material sticking, uneven drying and low efficiency, and can stably reduce the moisture of raw materials with initial moisture up to 70% to the target range, realizing efficient and clean utilization of high-moisture coal resources. It supports 24-hour continuous operation and can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream production lines.
Working Principle
Powered by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission assembly, the specially designed inclined rotary drum runs at a calibrated low speed. High-moisture materials are first pre-dispersed at the inlet to break agglomerates, then the optimized anti-sticking lifting flights continuously scatter the materials to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with hot air for sufficient heat exchange. The system dynamically adjusts parameters through real-time feedback, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged up to standard after multi-stage dust removal, while the dried qualified materials are continuously output.
