Product Description
This coal dryer for 40 percent moisture coal slime is a purpose-built industrial drying unit tailored for high-viscosity coal slime with initial moisture as high as 40%. It can efficiently break and disperse agglomerated wet slime, stably reduce the moisture of finished products to the preset target range, and solve the long-standing problems of material sticking, clogging and uneven drying in the processing of 40% high-moisture coal slime. It supports 24-hour continuous operation, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream filter press systems to form a fully automated coal slime resource recycling production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission assembly, the specially structured rotary drum runs at a precisely calibrated low speed. 40% high-moisture sticky coal slime is evenly fed into the drum, and the built-in special dispersing and crushing device first breaks large agglomerated wet slime into small loose particles, then the optimized cascading lifting flights scatter the materials to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with high-temperature hot air for sufficient heat and mass exchange. The system dynamically adjusts hot air temperature, air volume and drum speed through a real-time moisture feedback mechanism, to ensure that the moisture of coal slime is evenly reduced to the target value. The evaporated water vapor is purified by the multi-stage dust removal system and discharged up to standard, and the dried qualified coal slime is continuously output from the discharge end.
