Product Description
This coal dryer for 30 percent moisture coal is a purpose-built industrial drying unit tailored for raw coal, coal slime, lignite and other raw materials with initial moisture around 30%. It can stably reduce the moisture of processed coal to the target range, avoiding over-drying to cut unnecessary energy consumption. It supports continuous operation, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream coal preparation systems to form a low-cost, high-efficiency drying production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a stable heavy-duty transmission assembly, the inclined rotary drum runs at a precisely calibrated low speed. 30% high-moisture wet coal is evenly fed into the drum, repeatedly lifted, turned and scattered by optimized cascading lifting flights to form a uniform material curtain, which fully contacts with low-temperature hot air for mild and sufficient heat exchange. The system dynamically adjusts hot air volume and drum speed through a real-time moisture feedback mechanism, accurately controlling the drying progress. The evaporated water vapor is purified by the supporting dust removal system and discharged up to standard, and the coal with stable target moisture is continuously output from the discharge end.
