Product Description
This 15 tph industrial coal drying system is a full-set heavy-duty drying solution tailored for mid-to-large scale coal processing plants. It stably processes 15 tons of raw coal, coal slime, lignite or granular coal per hour, reducing the final moisture of finished coal to below 12%, effectively boosting coal calorific value and lowering subsequent transportation and storage costs. The integrated system supports 24-hour continuous operation, and can be seamlessly docked with upstream crushing and downstream screening units to form a fully automated industrial production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission assembly, the large inclined rotary drum runs at a precisely calibrated low speed. Wet coal is evenly fed into the drum, repeatedly lifted, turned and scattered by optimized cascading lifting flights to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with counter-flow high-temperature flue gas for sufficient heat and mass exchange. The moisture in coal is rapidly evaporated, the generated water vapor is purified by the multi-stage dust removal system and then discharged up to standard, and the dried qualified coal is continuously output from the discharge end. The built-in automatic anti-blocking cleaning device runs synchronously with the drum, eliminating the sticking and clogging problem of high-viscosity coal during long-hour continuous operation.
