Product Description
This 30 tph coal slime rotary dryer is a heavy-duty industrial drying unit purpose-built for high-viscosity coal slime processing scenarios. It stably processes 30 tons of high-moisture, high-viscosity coal slime per hour, reducing the final moisture of finished products to below 12%, effectively boosting the calorific value of coal slime to 2800-4200 kcal/kg and turning waste coal slime into usable fuel. It supports 24-hour continuous operation, and can be seamlessly connected with front-end feeding systems and rear-end dust removal equipment to form a fully automated industrial production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission assembly, the large inclined rotary drum runs at a precisely calibrated low speed. Wet coal slime is evenly fed into the drum, and the built-in special dispersing device first breaks the agglomerated sticky materials. Then the optimized cascading lifting flights repeatedly lift, turn and scatter the materials to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with counter-flow high-temperature flue gas for sufficient heat and mass exchange. The moisture in coal slime is rapidly evaporated, the generated water vapor is purified by the multi-stage dust removal system and then discharged up to standard, and the dried qualified coal slime is continuously output from the discharge end. The built-in automatic anti-sticking cleaning device runs synchronously with the drum, completely solving the problem of high-viscosity coal slime adhering to the inner wall of the drum.
