Working Principle

Low-Temp Heat Supply: Low-grade waste heat, low-pressure steam, or warm flue gas is directed into the drying system (such as a fluid bed or rotary steam tube dryer).

Gentle Moisture Extraction: The coal is fluidized or gently agitated, allowing low-temperature hot air or indirect steam surfaces to gradually strip away moisture without thermal shock.
