3. Product Specifications & Usage

Product Name: LW-306 Mold Cleaning Rubber

Applicable Molds: Silicone and Rubber Molds (Do NOT use on Electroplated Molds)

Instructions:

Place the rubber sheet into the standard production mold.

Proceed with normal molding and vulcanization.

Open the mold and remove the rubber sheet; it will carry away mold contaminants.


Vulcanization Parameters:

Temperature: 170°C ~ 180°C

Time: 5 min ~ 10 min

Adjustment: If temperature is lower, double the time for every 10°C decrease. Extend time appropriately for thicker products.
