LW-309 Polyurethane Mold Cleaner
I. Introduction
Polyurethane PU resin rubber mold cleaner is a new type of cleaner developed specifically for the production of polyurethane rubber molds, carbon fiber metal molds, etc. It is mainly used to clean polyurethane thin films remaining on molds. Its characteristics are targeted at quickly cleaning residues, release agents, or dirt produced by excess latex sticking to the mold during high-temperature curing or sulfur addition. It will not damage or wear the mold at all.

III. Usage Method
Clean with undiluted solution at room temperature; directly spray this product evenly on the mold, wait for 2-5 minutes; after the dirt cakes and floats up, it can be easily blown off with an air gun.
IV. Features
This product is water-soluble and can completely dissolve in water;
Slight rust and oil stains can be removed simultaneously;
Can be used when the mold is still warm;
Completely free of harmful substances;
V. Precautions
If it accidentally gets into eyes or contacts skin, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water;
For molds with special surface treatments, please test before use;
Please store in a cool indoor place, avoid prolonged sunlight exposure, effective shelf life is 12 months;
VI. Packaging
This product is packaged in 5 kg and 20 kg/drum.
