LW369 Rubber Mold Release Agent
Overview:LW369 is a specialized mold release agent designed for molding rubber products, epoxy resins, polyurethanes, and other thermosetting resins. It features high release strength and leaves no residue on the mold surface.
Advantages:
High Dilution Ratio: Can be heavily diluted with water.
Clean Finish: Leaves no buildup on the mold surface and ensures the finished products are non-greasy.
Post-Processing Friendly: Does not interfere with subsequent processing of the products.
Eco-Friendly: Water-based formula.

Appearance: Milky white liquid
Specific Gravity: 1.01 ± 0.02
pH Value: 8 ± 1
Recommended Dilution Ratio: Dilute with clean water at a ratio of 1:20 or higher.
Applicable Materials: Suitable for rubber, tires, shoe soles, conveyor belts, seals, shock absorbers, polyurethanes, etc. Compatible with various rubber types including Natural Rubber (NR), Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Butyl Rubber (IIR), EPDM, Reclaimed Rubber, and Fluoroelastomers (FKM).
Instructions for Use:Ensure the mold is thoroughly cleaned before use. Dilute the product with clean water and spray evenly onto the mold surface from a distance of 20 cm to 30 cm.
Precautions:
Always clean the mold thoroughly before the initial application.
If mold release becomes difficult due to excessive dilution, reduce the water-to-agent ratio.
Store in a cool, indoor place. Keep the container tightly sealed after opening. Shelf life: 12 months.
Packaging:LW369 Rubber Mold Release Agent is available in 5 kg/can and 20 kg/drum packaging.
