This equipment is the core unloading equipment of the modern lime shaft kiln production line. It uses four motors to drive four unloading pallets, achieving independent and precise unloading in four directions: front, back, left, right.
Core advantages:
Efficient and energy-saving. Taking a kiln with a daily output of 300 tons as an example, traditional unloading requires a 75KW motor, while this equipment only requires four 4.0KW motors to complete the same operation, significantly reducing energy consumption.
Stable and reliable. Four side reciprocating unloading combined with fully sealed air lock structure ensures uninterrupted air supply during unloading, uniform oxygen supply and stable temperature inside the kiln, effectively improving calcination efficiency and product yield. The design of a four sided platform grate makes the ash passage more unobstructed, and kilns of the same specifications can increase production by about 15%.
Intelligent and controllable. The automation control system can monitor the operating status in real time, and the unloading speed in all directions can be independently adjusted, effectively adjusting the uniformity of the material surface and avoiding material deviation. The reciprocating motion of the pallet avoids excessive squeezing, ensures the integrity of the lime particle size, and reduces equipment wear.
Durable and long-lasting. Made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, suitable for high temperature and heavy load conditions, modular structure maintenance is convenient.
