The two-stage valve is a core sealing and discharging equipment specially designed for vertical lime kiln calcination systems. It solves the key industry pain point of air leakage and heat loss during the ash discharging process of lime vertical kilns. Adopting a dual-valve sequential switching structure, the equipment realizes intermittent feeding and continuous sealed discharging, effectively isolating the internal high-temperature calcination atmosphere from the external environment. Different from single-layer discharge valves, the two-stage staggered opening and closing structure completely avoids direct air convection between the kiln interior and the outside.
