2. Product Introduction
The rotary distributor is the core top feeding and distributing equipment of the lime vertical kiln, independently developed and optimized by Jinyong Kiln Furnace. It integrates mechanical transmission, automatic control and uniform material distribution technology, and is specially designed to solve the problems of uneven material falling, local overheating and incomplete calcination in traditional lime kiln production.
Adopting all-steel heavy-duty structure and precision rotating transmission mechanism, the equipment realizes 360° uniform circular distribution of limestone and fuel. It can automatically adjust rotating speed and feeding amplitude according to the kiln internal temperature and production load, so that the materials are evenly stacked inside the kiln body. This effectively optimizes the internal ventilation and heat exchange environment of the kiln, makes the material calcination more sufficient and uniform, and significantly improves the activity and yield of finished lime.
The whole equipment features simple and compact structure, sealed dust-proof design, low operation noise and stable transmission. It supports manual and automatic dual control modes, with low failure rate and convenient daily maintenance, which perfectly matches the continuous and efficient production requirements of modern lime vertical kilns.
