1. Product Overview
The lime plant belt conveyor is a specialized continuous material conveying equipment designed for the harsh working conditions of lime production lines, targeting the transportation of limestone raw ore, quicklime, hydrated lime, lime powder, and other bulk granular and powdery materials. Adopting mature trough-type belt conveying structure, this equipment realizes stable, continuous, and automated material transportation between crushing, calcining, screening, and packaging processes in lime plants. It effectively solves the problems of low efficiency, high labor cost, and material leakage and dust pollution in traditional manual and intermittent conveying modes. 2.1 Professional Adaptability for Lime Working Conditions
Optimized for the abrasiveness, dustiness, and certain high-temperature characteristics of lime materials. The conveyor belt adopts heat-resistant and wear-resistant rubber material, which can adapt to high-temperature lime materials below 180°C and resist strong friction of limestone gravel. The overall frame is treated with anti-corrosion and rust-proof coating, which effectively avoids equipment aging and damage caused by long-term contact with alkaline lime dust, greatly extending the service life.
2.2 High Conveying Efficiency & Stable Operation
Equipped with standardized drive motor and reducer, the equipment realizes stepless speed regulation and stable transmission. The trough-shaped roller group design increases the material loading capacity, effectively preventing material sliding and scattering during inclined conveying. The conveying speed is uniform and adjustable, matching the operating rhythm of lime crushing, rotary kiln calcination and other equipment, ensuring continuous and stable production line operation.
2.3 Excellent Environmental & Energy-Saving Performance
The fully closed conveying structure is equipped with optional dust cover and dust removal interface, which effectively suppresses lime dust overflow and meets industrial environmental protection emission standards. The low-resistance roller and optimized transmission structure reduce equipment operation resistance, with low energy consumption and low operating noise, realizing energy-saving and green production.
2.4 Safe & Low-Maintenance Design
Configured with multiple safety protection devices including deviation correction, anti-slip, overload protection and emergency stop, which avoids equipment failure and safety accidents caused by material deviation, blockage and overload. The key components such as rollers, pulleys and bearings adopt standardized and modular design, with simple structure, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and low later operation and maintenance cost.
2.5 Flexible Customization
Support customized design of conveying length, belt width, conveying inclination angle and fixed/mobile type according to the actual layout and process requirements of lime plants. This series of belt conveyors is specially developed for the whole process of lime production, covering raw material feeding of limestone stockyard, material transportation between crusher and screening equipment, feeding and discharging of lime rotary kiln/vertical kiln, finished lime product conveying, warehouse entry and packaging conveying, and residue cleaning and transportation of lime production line.
