The new MT300-D00-U1-P1-H type of MT300 can provide high-quality and reliable pressure measurement to meet today's high-demand pressure measurement requirements.
The oscillator with high sensitivity, high resolution and excellent long-term stability is in a vacuum, which reduces the dispersion of vibration energy. Coupled with the excellent flexibility of single-crystal silicon, it can achieve a high quality factor.
Ultra-low temperature dependence: It uses two oscillators to derive the pressure from the difference between two unique oscillation counts. Using this working structure, the influence of the external environment (such as ambient temperature) can be offset. In addition, the oscillators are in a vacuum, so they are not affected by humidity.
MT300 offers the following functions:

Color display showing rich information: Using a color dot-matrix LCD, it can display measurement data and analysis results with high resolution and high visibility.
High precision and high resolution ensure stable measurement
Pressure calibration is performed using a pressure balance. When using a pressure balance for calibration, a pressure gauge must be connected to confirm that the calibration value is correctly generated. In addition, atmospheric pressure measurement must be carried out to confirm the influence of atmospheric pressure on the calibration result. MT300 is most suitable for applications that require high precision, long-term stability and high resolution.
High-speed measurement of rapidly changing pressure
Air conditioner evaluation: By testing the differential pressure across the air flow measurement nozzle and the air temperature/humidity, the cooling and heating performance of the air conditioner can be calculated. The test must be carried out in a balanced state, and the internal and external pressures need to be measured. The MT300 with the /F1 option can measure rapidly changing pressure.
High-resolution display (when the /R1 option is selected). By using a high-resolution display, the pressure measurement value can be displayed more accurately and intuitively. In addition, especially in the calibration environment, the improved resolution can reduce the uncertainty of the entire calibration process.
International comparison of measures by national metrology institutions: Based on the enhanced performance and long-term stability evaluation results of Yokogawa's digital pressure gauges, Yokogawa's pressure sensors and the MT series are used as "transfer standards" in international comparisons of many CC-level and regional-level (such as APMP) pressure standards.
