The MC300 is a pressure controller featuring high precision, fast response, and long-term stability.
By adopting Yokogawa's unique silicon resonant sensor and a control system using a needle valve, its relative output accuracy can reach 0.04%.
In addition to excellent linearity and repeatability, it can also achieve smooth pressure control, minimizing the overshoot until the target setpoint is reached.
