Mc300-g01-u2-p2-c02-h Pressure Controller Yokogawa
MC300-G01-U2-P1-C01 is a pressure controller, featuring high precision, fast response, and long-term stability.
By adopting Yokogawa's unique silicon resonant sensor and a control system using a needle valve, its relative output accuracy can reach 0.04%.
In addition to excellent linearity and repeatability, it can also achieve smooth pressure control, minimizing the overshoot until the target setpoint is reached.
Two optimized models are suitable for different pressure ranges

MC300 is supported by Yokogawa's proprietary sensing technology - a combination of a silicon resonant sensor and a precision needle valve process control - with a relative output accuracy of ±0.04%, ensuring long-term stability for up to one year. Extremely low hysteresis, excellent linearity, and high repeatability ensure stable and reliable pressure control during long-term operation.

With precision needle valve control, MC300 can reduce the risk of overpressure of the device under test caused by rapid pressurization through smooth process control. Even when approaching the setpoint, it can still maintain fine pressure control, thereby minimizing overshoot as much as possible while achieving a response time of less than 5 seconds
The pressure control part of MC300 uses a needle valve servo mechanism, which can adjust the airflow through the needle position to regulate the output pressure. Different from the solenoid valve system that relies on rapid on/off operations,
the needle valve can move continuously and smoothly. This design achieves stable pressurization and depressurization processes while minimizing wear, thus ensuring long-term stable operation.
