Dust-free asbestos rope is woven using a wet-spinning dust-locking process, available in twisted, braided round rope, and braided square rope. Compared to traditional dusty asbestos rope, its dust release is significantly reduced. It features high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and insulating properties, commonly used for filling and sealing old boilers, kilns, pipe flanges, and valve gaps. It is strictly limited to short-term emergency use for old industrial equipment; for-term replacement, asbestos-free ceramic fiber rope is preferred. II. Material and Production Process Raw Materials High-quality vermiculite asbestos fiber blended with cotton yarn, the addition of a special dust-locking binder. It adopts a wet-spinning dust-locking process, resulting in tightly bound fibers. In its complete state, the dust release is far lower that of ordinary dry-spun asbestos rope. Three Main Styles Dust-free asbestos twisted rope: Multiple strands of asbestos yarn twisted into a round rope, soft and easy to, suitable for furnace doors and pipe gaps; Dust-free asbestos braided round rope: Multi-layer braided structure, high density and good tensile strength, used for valve and shaft packing; Dust-free asbestos braided square rope: Square cross-section, used for filling flanges and equipment gaps, offering stronger sealing fit. Optional Enhanced Version Steel-wire- dust-free asbestos rope: Built-in metal wire to improve tensile strength and prevent high-temperature breakage, specifically for high-pressure and high-temperature kilns. Process: Complies with GB/T3985 and JB/T6371 national standards for asbestos sealing products, with dust release meeting industrial low-dust limit requirements III. Core Product Advantages Low-dust Dust-free Process Wet-spinning fiber-locking technology ensures minimal dust release during normal use of the finished product, significantly reducing dust pollution and adapting to short-term industrial maintenance conditions. High-temperature Resistance, Insulation, and Non-combustibility Long-term temperature resistance of 50°C, short-term peak of 700°C, A1-grade non-combustible material, blocking high-temperature heat conduction to prevent equipment shell burns and heat. Thermal Insulation and Energy Saving Low thermal conductivity; wrapping steam pipes and boilers can reduce heat loss and lower equipment energy consumption. Acid and Alkali Resistance Electrical InsulationGood chemical stability, resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis, oils, and high-temperature steam; excellent insulation performance, providing thermal protection for high-temperature electrical and heat treatment. Flexible and Easy to Process/Cut Soft texture allows for easy cutting, wrapping, and filling, adapting to round pipes, square flanges, and irregular furnace door gaps. Sealing Resilience Stable fiber structure resilience ensures a tight fit after filling gaps, reducing high-temperature flue gas and steam leakage. IV.
