Shanghai FuchenVEGF-2 Medium-temperature Vinyl Ester Flake Mortar
VEGF-2 is a vinyl ester flake mortar developed by Shanghai Fuchen Chemical Co., Ltd. It is a series of special flake corrosion-resistant materials developed for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) devices. It is made of a highly corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and high-toughness vinyl ester resin as the film-forming substance, mixed with flake materials with special surface treatment, relevant additives, and other corrosion-resistant pigments to form a paint.
Product Features
1. Excellent resistance to chemical media and high-temperature wet corrosive gases
2. Extremely low water vapor permeability, small hardening shrinkage rate, and low linear expansion coefficient
3. High temperature resistance and strong temperature shock resistance, low wear performance
4. Cures at room temperature, simple molding and construction, easy to repair
Applications:
1. Linings of steel structures and concrete buildings (structures) under relatively harsh environmental conditions of flue gas in power plants, smelters, fertilizer plants, etc.
2. Corrosion-resistant lining for flue gas desulfurization device (FGD)
3. As a matrix material, it is compounded with FRP to improve the comprehensive performance of the material.
4. Corrosion prevention of offshore buildings in the tidal fluctuation area with alternating dry and wet conditions.
5. Corrosion-resistant covering layer for the ground, drainage ditches, sewage (waste) water tanks in concrete buildings.
6. Surface protection of chemical storage tanks (vessels), industrial equipment, etc. (such as hydrochloric acid tanks, granulation towers)

Packaging, storage and transportation
· This product is packed in clean and dry containers, with a net weight of 25kg per barrel. (In actual construction, the construction material is prepared according to the ratio of A:B = 100:(1 - 3), and can be appropriately adjusted according to the construction environment conditions.)
The storage environment should be cool, dry and well-ventilated. It is necessary to prevent direct sunlight and isolate fire sources. The storage period is three months below 25°C. Improper storage or transportation conditions will shorten the storage period.
