🔹 Product Overview
The Gemini Shaking Table is an upgraded gravity separation device based on the traditional 6-S single-deck shaking table. It integrates two separation decks into one unit sharing a single transmission system and water supply, doubling the processing capacity while saving up to 50% floor space.
It is widely used for the final concentration and cleaning of gold (alluvial & hard rock), tungsten, tin (cassiterite), tantalum-niobium, chromite, zircon, and other heavy minerals, as well as for coal desulfurization and tailings re-processing.
🔹 Working Principle
The electric motor drives an eccentric linkage to produce an asymmetric reciprocating motion (slow forward – rapid return) on both decks simultaneously.
Ore pulp is fed from the upper corner of each deck, and transverse wash water is introduced from the side water trough. Under the combined action of deck vibration, gravity, and water flow:

High-density (heavy) minerals settle into the riffles and migrate along the deck toward the concentrate launder.

Low-density (light) gangue minerals are washed downslope and discharged as tailings.

An intermediate fraction (middlings) is also collected.
This allows one-pass separation into Concentrate – Middlings – Tailings with no chemical additives required.
