How It Works
The shaking table separates minerals based on density differences under the combined action of water flow and asymmetric reciprocating motion. As slurry flows across the riffled deck, heavy particles settle into the grooves while lighter particles wash away. The result is a clear separation into concentrate, middlings, and tailings along the length of the table.
This simple yet effective principle allows precise control over concentrate grade and recovery—especially valuable when handling fine or complex ores.
