3. Industrial Line Advantages
Lifting Action: As the ball mill rotates, the raised profiles (lifter bars) of our liners grip the mix of steel balls and mineral ore, countering slippage and elevating them along the rising wall of the drum.
Energy Transfer: Upon reaching the apex, the liner profile determines how the grinding media is released. It guides the steel balls to cascade downward, directing maximum heavy impact straight onto the coarse ore rather than the mill shell.
